Accommodation is based on first come, first served basis. The retreat has 4 room types:

Bedroom 1: master with king bed and private ensuite

Bedroom 2: king bed with shared bathroom *

Bedroom 3: queen bed with shared bathroom *

Bedroom 4: 2 x single beds with shared bathroom *

* Shared bathroom is for occupants of Bedroom 2 – 4.

Ideally attend with a BFF or close family member and experience a weekend of pampering and powerful personal development.

If you want to private room then there is a single room supplement as the event is based on 8 women.

Where is the Retreat?

Positioned at the end of a cul-de-sac bordering a tidy secluded reserve. Located only 550 metres from the Quindalup beach and a short distance to the cafes and shops of Dunsborough.

What’s included in the workshops?

The two half day workshops are based on success principles and an easy to use coaching model that you can use to create lasting transformation in your life.

You will be introduced to the latest information based on neuroscience, NLP, life coaching techniques that you will be able to use on yourself after the workshop and continue to create lasting change.

You will leave the retreat with a clarity of your purpose, have a renewed passion and energy and focus on what is really important to you and your life goals.

Explore how you are instructing your subconscious by your inner chatter and the power of words.

Choose your state – your emotional state and how you manage your emotions impact powerfully on your outcomes. Learn how to create and maintain powerful states so that you can have more of want you want and less of what you don’t want. Our emotions are messengers, but we do not always listen to the message and can get trapped inside emotional states that do not serve us. Learn how to recognise these states and transform them once and for all.

You will be encouraged throughout these sessions to get clarity around your purpose and passion and to identify your highest intention for your future and then explore and discover the map of how to get there by looking at the above areas that impact on lasting change and transformation.

By the end of the weekend you will have identified any self-sabotaging behaviours and learned powerful techniques for change. You will also have a plan to continue to put into action to lead you towards your NEW future.

When is NOW the time for change?

What is involved in the coaching session?

This is a one to one session with Deanna and will be tailored for you and the changes that you want to create in your life.

You will be asked to come to the session with a measurable, achievable outcome. The session is 50 minutes to allow time between sessions.

You can work on the following:

  • Changing a limiting belief system and instilling a more powerful one that aligns with what you intend to create for your future.
  • Changing a disempowering behaviour or habit that no longer serves you.
  • Releasing past experiences so that you can create a different future.
  • Aligning powerfully with your new intentions and goals.
  • Exploring new perspectives and opportunities in a chosen area.

Life coaching is a facilitated process, where the coach assists you to explore opportunities and to powerfully align with your chosen course of action.

We can often get stuck, overwhelmed or stressed and cannot see past our present or past experiences, life coaching can assist you to identify and overcome these blocks.

You will leave the session with a course of action or new commitment that aligns with your intention for your future and your intended outcomes.

What is format for each day?

8.00 – 9.00 Breakfast:
Help yourself to cereals, toast, juices, tea and coffee provided.
9.00 – 12.00 Workshop time:
Group personal development sessions.
12.00 – 1.00 Lunch:
Help yourself to a delicious buffet style lunch provided.
1.00 – 5.00 Break out time:
1:1 soul connection and coaching sessions – slots to be allocated first come, first served. Free time when not having 1:1 session to use the pool, walk on the beach, head into town and use the amenities provided at the accommodation.
5.30 – 6.30 meditation sessions:
The perfect finish to the day. Come back together as a group and focus on your intentions and learnings from each day. Get a soul connection reading from Patricia each evening.
6.30 – Free time:
Relax and enjoy this beautiful setting and location. Head into town for dinner, order in some takeaway or enjoy a BBQ outside (weather permitting in the outdoor area). Not included in the package.

Who is Deanna C Ward?

Master of Professional Communications, Master of Neuro Linguistic Programming & Emotional Intelligence Coach, Certificate IV in Life Coaching, Diploma of Business (Frontline Management), Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, Diploma of Training Design and Development, personality profiler using Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).

Deanna specialises in using emotional intelligence, neuro linguistic programming (NLP), life coaching and personality profiling (MBTI) to effect positive, lasting change.  She is passionate about personal as well as professional development, having spent the past 15 years coaching and training within the academic and corporate sectors.

She has a background in leadership and business, running the leadership program at Edith Cowan University as well as lecturing and tutoring, setting up and running her own businesses including management and consultancy of Registered Training Organisations and now What Women Want Coaching, dedicated to assisting women to wake up to and realise their true potential, passion and purpose.

Deanna has run leadership and business programs across academic and as well as corporate settings, working with individuals, small teams and organisations to effect positive personal and organisational change. 

She is passionate about high quality training and coaching with impact and has recently been training new trainers to join the training profession and working with existing fellow training professionals to keep their training credentials current.

Patricia Chambers, Mindfulness Meditation Trainer

Patricia from Energy Life Balance is a Mindfulness Meditation Trainer, Kinesiologist, Spiritual Healer (Pranic, Chinese healing and Reiki, Japanese healing). She also offers Neurolymphatic Healing, Meridian Healing, Chakra Healing, 3 in 1 Brain Integration and is a Tibetan Yoga Trainer, Quigong Trainer and Breath Integration Trainer.

Patricia has studied the Western and Eastern views extensively throughout her life on the Body/Mind/Soul connection.

She has been training and running programs and healing people for more than 20 years using the tools that helped her with her own trauma.

Patricia will be guiding us to make soul connections through her readings and guided meditation on Saturday and Sunday evening.

For your 1:1 session with Patricia you can have a relaxing Hawaiian full body massage or you can be guided by what your body and energy needs on the day, which might be reiki, kinesiology, soul connection reading, meditation or mixture of the above to suit you. Patricia will also intuitively respond to what you are needing at the time.

She will help you bring your life into complete Life Energy Balance to support you on your journey to come into your highest potential, bringing on your goals and purpose into a high consciousness and training your mind in the highest energy of LOVE.

I am a private training consultant who has been working in OD for over 20 years and I worked with Deanna on the ECU leadership program. How much is this retreat?

$995.00 per person based on shared room including everything except evening meals and drink, where you can head into beautiful Dunsborough to dine out, bring in or BBQ on the premises. Local shops and restaurants are located in Dunsborough, 5 minutes by car. All information will be available in your Welcome Pack.

Single Room Occupancy: $1495.00. You will have the room to yourself.

Day Rate Option: available if rooms are not booked, still subject to 8 ladies due to individual sessions.

$795.00 per person including two half day workshops, one to one coaching session, one to one soul connection session and group meditation with soul connection reading.

The Retreat is an AIRBNB property so all normal conditions and restrictions apply as if you were booking directly.

How can I get the most from this experience?

Deanna will be at the venue on both days. Maureen, our wonderful event coordinator will be available at all times during both days to ensure that you get the most of the experience. At the end of each day you will have full privacy of the retreat and can come and go as you please and enjoy the beautiful setting, take a dip in the pool, walk on the nearby beach or laze under a tree and reflect on the day’s events in your journal provided.

Why can’t I just press a BUTTON to BOOK and not talk to a human being?

When you call there will be no hard sales. In fact I don’t even like the words sales. I would rather you be excited and eager to know how to book, not to be convinced to book. I know that if you have got to the end of this page and you have got this far then you are definitely attracted to what you have read so far, something has already aligned for you. I would love to discuss this more with you and your goals and know more about you, because then I will be able to ensure that the workshops and sessions are aligned for everyone who attends the retreat. Cancellation Policy

You are required to pay in full to secure your place. If you decide to cancel more than 14 days before the event you will get a 50% refund. Inside of 14 days there will be no refund. However, if your place is filled by a late booking then you will receive a full refund.

If COVID-19 prevents the event going ahead as planned you will receive a full refund or you may choose to transfer to a later date or join us for an online event at a lower price.
